Dynamic Yoga Barre Sessions
Barre training combines the graceful and scuplting movements of ballet, conditioning in a dynamic yoga practice, and toning of the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body in Pliates.
We will effectively flow through each muscles group, creating endurance and stamina through strength training and increased flexibility through stretching.
I use a recommended sequenced moves that will get the body fit and toned without the bulk.
This training will allow you to experience the healing power of yoga through breath, slow movement, postures, and relaxation.
A basic yoga session includes opening poses, standing poses, salutations, shoulder and hip openers, back and forward bends, twists, inversions, arm balances and stretching, pranayama, and meditation.
